The original artwork for this print was inspired by a beautiful red Hollyhock growing in the perennial veg patch in my garden at the height of Summer. Visited by bees and scarlet tiger moths and surrounded by onion flowers.

Created onto high quality Canford card using Somerset willow charcoal, locally found natural pigments and mud along with some other more conventional paints.
